It deals with Google plans to digitize millions of books.

Previously, the organization authors Authors Guild and the Association of American Publishers have voiced criticism of Google’s plans in 2005 ago. Polemic concludes with a contract worth U.S. $ 125 million that opened the way for Google to sell millions of copies of digital books with a system of royalties.

This group of photographers decided to file charges because they were not included in the agreement. In the lawsuit, they claim Google’s plan violates the copyright creator photographers and other graphic works.

“We want justice and proper compensation for the visual artist whose work is used in books and other publications have been scanned Google,” said Victor Perlman ASMP adviser was quoted as saying the New York Times daily pages.

Other groups that joined with this claim, among others, Graphic Artists Guild, the Association of Nature Photographers of North America, and the American Professional Photographers, and a number of illustrators and photographers.

The agreement between Google and author and publisher did not discuss the visual works. Legal observers from the University of Colorado, Scott Moss, saying such claims filed by a group photographers can not be avoided.

“No wonder that their agreement with the writer did not end the entire matter of law,” said Moss.

But Moss insisted that the demands of these photographers will not affect the Google agreement with publishers and authors. This demand will be discussed in the next few months in the trial that led Southern New York district judge, Denny Chin

Investigation to take place starting from the external threat to Google’s own employees.

Apparently this is done because the internet giant from the United States that was concerned that they had stabbed from behind by the people they have hired so far.

As a result, according to a source close to the relevant investigation, tracking the source of the attack is absolutely necessary to clean up the gaps that one day it could be used again.

Google itself has enough employees at the Bamboo Curtain country, hundreds of people. But in a few days ago, was quoted by PC World, Tuesday (19/1/2010), the employee is excluded because it was done scanning and investigation of the hollow system.

Previously, Google said in his blog that the attack on their server was deliberately done to target Gmail account data from human rights activists from China.

Because not found a satisfactory agreement with the government of China, this makes Google’s furious and decided no longer willing to censor Google.cn.

“We will discuss with the government of China about how we can operate without a filter the search engines but in line with the law. We are aware, this will lead to the closure Google.cn and potentially also on the closure of our offices in China,” stated Google.
